This item is premium due to the cheese losing 45% of its weight once freeze dried, it takes 48 hours in the freeze dryer, we are one of the only companies to sell this item & it is extremely messy when being freeze dried.

Corn masa flour (processed with lime), SOYBEAN and/or palm and/or canola oil, iodized salt, sugar, natural and artificial flavour, citric acid, SOY protein, yeast, monosodium glutamate, maltodextrin, sodium diacetate, partially hydrogenated SOYBEAN oil, artificial colours (red no. 40, yellow no. 6 lake), onion powder, hot chilli powder (chile), sodium bicarbonate, sodium guanylate, sodium inosinate, silicon dioxide (anticaking), antioxidant (BHT, TBHQ, propylene glycol, BHA).

Allergens : Contains SOY and traces of MILK, EGG and GLUTEN.
