Current Dispatch Times

We are currently dispatching orders within the following timeframes:

  • UK Next Day: Dispatched within 3 working days
  • UK Royal Mail & International: Dispatched within 3 working days

Standard Handling Times

We aim to pick, pack, and dispatch all orders the same working day if placed before 2:30 PM (GMT) on weekdays (excluding bank holidays and weekends). However, during busy periods, processing and dispatch times may take up to 7 working days - check above for current dispatch times.

⚠️ Please note: If you request your order to be packed on socials, it may take longer to dispatch.

Delivery Options:

  • DHL Next Working Day
  • Royal Mail FULLY TRACKED 48 (48-hour delivery is estimated, not guaranteed)
  • International Deliveries: Can take up to 5 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for a fulfilled order to be collected by the courier.

We trust DHL for express delivery as it minimises the time parcels spend in warehouses, reducing the risk of loss. Customers will receive a text message with delivery slot details and options to change delivery preferences.

Customs Fees for International Orders:
Goods shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and other charges, which must be paid before the parcel is released. These fees are outside of our control, and you will need to settle them with the shipping company for your parcel to be delivered.

Delivery Prices:

  • Free Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland): Available for orders of 2 bags+ or over £50 via DHL.
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (for parcels under 2kg): £3.50 (delivery in 3-5 days after dispatch).
  • DHL Next Working Day Delivery (for parcels over 2kg): Standard charges apply.

All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier’s ability to deliver. Delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen events.

Important:

  • If you refuse an international package or fail to collect it from customs, any customs fees and return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Kindly provide a valid physical address for all deliveries.
