Q: Please can you not-add this certain sweet to my pre-mixed bag?

Unfortunately, as our bags are pre-mixed, we cannot guarantee that you will not receive the sweet you have requested not to have. However, we offer custom mix your own bags & buckets where you can choose what sweets you would like.

Q: Can I get a one off bag or do I have to subscribe?

A: All of our Pick n Mix bags are able to be purchased as a one off or as a subscription, its completely up to you!

If you decide you want a subscription and eventually would like to cancel, please head over to your account on our website where you can manage your subscriptions. If you checked out as a guest, please locate your confirmation email which will have a link to "manage my subscription". If you can't locate your confirmation email please email us at info@sweetmouthfulmixes.com with your order number and we will be able to email over a link where you can access your subscriptions to cancel.

Q: When will I get my Sweet Mouthful Mixes order?

A: Your Sweet Mouthful Mixes order will be shipped out on the same day if ordered before 2.30pm GMT, please refer to our delivery information if there are any delays. Once shipped it will take 3-5 working days to arrive via Royal Mail or Next Working Day via DPD.

Q: If I sign up to a subscription, are there initiation fees, cancelling fees or any other stupid sneaky fees?

A: NOPE! We hate hidden fees and we don't want to do that to our customers. You can cancel whenever you choose!

Q: If I sign up to a subscription, is there a contract?

A: Nope, you can cancel whenever you want.

Q: What are the shipping fees?

A: Shipping is only £3.5 via Royal Mail, if you want Next Working Day Delivery then its £5.99, however if you order 2kg+ or spend £50+, you get free Next Day Delivery!

Q: Best before dates?

A: Yeah, all Sweet Mouthful Mixes pick n mix bags & buckets will be in date 6 months as standard, however we're absolutely sure they won't even last 6 days.

Q: What if I've got a food allergy?

A: We have a page at the bottom of the website with the list of allergens/ingredients, we also offer Vegetarian/Halal bags and Vegan bags.

Q: I have a coupon code. Where can I enter it?



A: Coupon codes need to be entered when checking out, when you are on the information page there will be a box where you can enter your coupon code.

Q: Does the courier deliver on weekends?

A: No, DPD do not deliver on weekends. They do offer Saturday delivery but as the cost is so high, we prefer not to offer it. Royal Mail Tracked 48 doesn't include Saturday deliveries, but there is a chance they may deliver on a Saturday at their own discretion.

Q: Where's my order?

A: We know you're excited to get your order - it's completely understandable! Who isn't excited for a Sweet Mouthful Mix bag/bucket full of delicious yummy pick 'n' mix sweeties!? If you'd like an update regarding the status of your order, simply get in touch with us, via e-mail (info@sweetmouthfulmixes.com), or Facebook (Sweet Mouthful Mixes)!

Q: Do you have a shop?

A: Unfortunately, not – we are only online based.

Q: Can you give me some free products in return for a review on my social media?

A: In general, we do not offer this sort of partnership. However, get in touch with us via email - info@sweetmouthfulmixes.com & perhaps we could look into a collab with each other.

Q: Can you donate any products to my charitable cause?

A: Whilst we encourage fund raising for a good cause, due to the large volume of charitable requests we receive every day, we are unfortunately not in a position to support them all! For that reason, we have decided that as a company we would like to support a nominated charity of our own, rather than to pick and choose between the many good causes we are asked to contribute to on a daily basis. We wish you the best of luck with your charitable endeavours, and we hope they are great success!

Q: If I place an order today, will it be sent out today?

A: If your order is placed before 2.00pm, we will do our best to ship it the very same day. If not, your order will usually be dispatched the next working day after it is placed, but it could take us up to 3 working days to dispatch your order during busier periods.

Q: Can I change the sweets for my Mix Your Own subscription?
